Alexis Crews is a leading strategist, advisor, and writer working at the intersection of geopolitics, technology, and democratic resilience. She advises leaders on strategic policy, partnerships, and the real-world implications of emerging technologies—particularly where elections, influence operations, and information integrity intersect.

She currently works in Responsible AI at Accenture, helping organizations operationalize AI governance and risk management for high-impact use cases. She was a Senior Fellow for Information Integrity at All Tech Is Human, supporting initiatives including collaboration with the United Nations Development Programme and authoring Election Integrity Playbooks. She was a Resident Fellow at the Integrity Institute, and in 2024 consulted for the Google Trust & Safety team, leading red-teaming and developing global election analysis and trends. Previously, Alexis served as Strategic Advisor to the VP of Governance at Meta, shaping global stakeholder engagement across platform governance.

Alexis began her career as a field organizer for President Barack Obama’s re-election campaign and later served as Outreach Coordinator and Constituent Advocate in U.S. Senator Michael Bennet’s office, focusing on healthcare, education, and international security.

She is a TEDx speaker, writes a column for Süddeutsche Zeitung, and publishes the Substack Threads of Influence, where she analyzes global power shifts, technology governance, and the integrity of the information ecosystem. Based in New York, Alexis is a term member of the Council on Foreign Relations. She earned a B.A. from Spelman College and an M.A. in International Relations from New York University.
